This airport is also named as Lester B. Pearson International Airport situated 22.5 km (14.0 mi) northwest of Downtown Toronto, Canada. This largest and busiest airport of Canada serves the Golden Horseshoe area of Toronto. Over 75 airlines with 1,250 daily departures serve 180 destinations from Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Terminal Information:

There is a total of two active public terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.

• Terminal 1: Terminal 1 is the largest airport terminal in Canada. It consists of 58 gates D1, D3, D5, D7-D12, D20, D22, D24, D26, D28, D31–D45 and F60–F63, F64A–F64B, F65, F66A–F66B, and F/E67–F/E81. Gates D32, D34, D36 serve US flights, F68-F73 and F78-F81 serve both US and international flights, and E74-E77 serves international flights only.
• Terminal 3: Terminal 3 situated over 178,000-square-metre of the area have a total of 46 gates. These are B1a-B1d, B2a, B2c, B3-B5, A6d-A6f, A7–A16, A17-A20 for transborder flights B17-B20, B22-B29, C30-C36 and B37–B41. It consists of five-level parking space including the car rental area.

Cargo Facility:

The Toronto Pearson Cargo is located between runways 15L/33R and 15R/33L responsible to handle over 50 % of the total cargo of Canada. The area is used for multipurpose facilities like warehouse space, cargo apron, vehicle parking, and a truck maneuvering area all situated under the three large buildings in 52,600 square meters.

Sleeping Area and Seating: Here are various good sleep spots for travelers:

• Rest zones in pre-Security areas of Terminal 1.
• For seating in the bar near Gate C34, there is armrest-free seating.
• For a 24-hour open option, there is Starbucks in the pre-Secure area.

Information Desk: For any query, there is the information desk available on the Arrival level

ATM: 

ATMs are available throughout the Toronto Pearson International Airport but charges may be applied. It is advisable to withdraw money within your allowed limit. Locations: Landside and Airside.

Currency Exchange:

 There are kiosks by ICE available in both terminals of the airport. These can be found at various locations:

• Terminal 1: Landside, Arrivals, Level 1, 2 and 3
• Airside, International, Level 2 Gates
• Terminal 3: Landside, Arrivals and Landside, Departures Level

Luggage Storage:

For keeping your luggage in a safe storage area there is the locker facility available at Toronto airport. You can simply enjoy the layover by keeping our luggage in the storage area by giving some charges. Storage prices per day, for per piece range from $6* – $12.50* for luggage and personal items, and $3* per day ($15* per week) for coats.

It can be found:

• At Terminal 1, landside, Level 3, Check-in area opens from 5:00 am to 1:00 am
• At Terminal 3, landside, Departures Level opens at 6:00 am to 11:00 pm
• At Terminal 3, Landside, Arrivals, under the escalator between exit B &C opens at 5:00 am to 12:00 am

Medical Facility: 

Passengers who need medical assurance in case not feeling well can go to the “The Apple Tree Medical Centre” at Terminal 1 Canada, Landside, Level 2 Parking and Link Train which is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Sat).

Pharmacy:

 There is a “DrugSmart Pharmacy” is located next to the Apple Tree Medical Centre.  

Mobile Charging:

 Power points are available at the gates and under some seats.

Children Play Areas:

 If you are traveling with children you can go to the children’s play area where they can burn out their energy before the flight.

• Terminal 1, Landside: At the far end of the terminal in Lounge 15.
• Terminal 1, Airside: Gate 24.
• Terminal 3

Prayer Room: This airport offers the prayer rooms also. It is a quiet place where one can sit to pray and meditate located at Terminal 1 (Level 1) and Terminal 3 (Level 2).

Nursing Room: There are nursing rooms available for families traveling with the children. It can be found at Terminal 1, Airside at Gates D35, F67 and E80/F80 and Terminal 3, Airside at Gate B39.

Food & Beverage concessions throughout the airport operate with varying schedules. These options are open 24 hours:

• Terminal 1 (International Departures): Booster Juice (Level 2, landside, parking and link train), Starbucks (Level 1, landside, Arrivals), and Tim Hortons (Level 2, airside, Gate E80).
• Terminal 1 (Canada Departures): Swiss Chalet (Level 3, landside, take out is 24 hours), Subway (Level 3, landside, Check-In ), and Tim Hortons (Level 1, landside, Arrivals)
