You will receive an email or SMS on your registered number which includes a link to your Mobile Boarding Pass. After receiving the email or SMS, you must follow the link in the message to access your Mobile Boarding Pass.
Your mobile device must need an active internet connection in order to use a Mobile Boarding Pass. For iPhone users, they can optionally use the “screenshot” feature to save a copy of the mobile boarding pass to the phone. You can use this copy throughout your journey even without an active internet connection. This feature is also there on other phones and they can also take the screenshot and save their Mobile Boarding Pass.
The other important fact regarding the boarding pass is that it is sent to a separate email address or mobile phone number. If you are traveling in a group and one of the members does not have the web-enabled devices, then he/she can use eBoarding Passes.
